CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS: Please be aware that your payment will be forfeit if you cancel with less than 24 hours to go till your appointment or do not show up on the day.

ACCESSIBILITY: The office I currently use has no wheelchair access and is a couple of flights up, unfortunately. If this is an issue, I can offer remote sessions instead.
